Owing to certain structural solutions and modern defense industry technologies involved in making the spindle assembly we attained matching the highest world quality standards. Spindle assemblies of SIVIK balancers are exposed to double 100% key parameter inspection test: at the component check and later within the finished product test. The balancers are capable of mounting HAWEKA and FEMAS wheel centering adapters.

The electronic gauge arm for automatic entering distance and diameter and HAWEKA quick locking nut help an operator to service the wheel much quicker.

The SPUTNIK wheel balancer can handle virtually any wheel type:

LED display shows the complete information about the machine operation. To facilitate maintenance each machine is supplied with the template for calibrating the electronic gauge.

The SPLIT program allows dividing a large correction weights in two smaller weights (the limited version of SPLIT is installed with SPUTNIK).

Built-in counter of balanced wheels allows checking the amount of provided services.

The machine is equipped with the integrated surge voltage protection system based on the PowerGuard technology. The system secures the machine's electronics from damaging. PowerGuard effectively copes with short-time voltage jumps as well as a long term surge.
