KC-121 Antifreeze Changer is designed for complete coolant exchange and full diagnostics of the engine cooling system for most car types. Involved technologies provide up to 3 times quicker accurate coolant replacement. Comparing to similar equipment servicing KS-121 leaves 2x smaller residues of the old antifreeze in the cooling system.

The unit is connected by means of special adaptors supplied in set. When the machine is connected correctly the impeller flow indicator rotates clockwise. In case of wrong connection the unit or the vehicle systems will not be damaged; an operator should just reverse hoses to hook up correctly. New fluid intake from any external tank makes the unit convenient in exploitation. 2 large capacity containers placed within the special compartment of the unit are supplied together with the machine. KS-121 is capable to facilitate draining and charging of the receiver and top part of the radiator.

KS-121 allows initial cleaning of the connected cooling system with special detergent liquids. The detergent may be conveniently poured to the cooling system with the unit connected and the vehicle engine running.

KS-121 provides complete accurate replacement of old antifreeze in the vehicle cooling system. The unit performs rapid fluid exchange at the system pressure not exceeding normal working pressure values for every particular car.

The unit has elaborate diagnostics system featuring:

• check of the cooling system fluid temperature;
• engine cooling system leakage test;
• receiver / radiator relief valve performance test;
• thermostat performance test;
• vehicle battery and generator voltage testing.

KS-121 Antifreeze Changer is very easy to operate. The operation control is made through a keypad accompanied by LCD mode indication. The LCD also displays:

• current mode;
• coolant temperature;
• system working pressure;
• vehicle battery and generator voltage;
• service life of the unit.

Additional rotating-impeller-looking indicator provides flow rate and fluid quality monitoring.

Well-developed safety system and self-testing system of the unit securely protect an operator and the machine from any contingent occurrence. Basic elements of the unit safety system are:

• automatic system venting when the exchange mode is activated;
• additional venting while the coolant circulates within the closed circuit through the unit;
• possibility to set max.pressure for a particular car type;
• continuous system pressure control. In case of emergency the unit stops operation and relieves pressure.

The unit employs automatic closed circuit technology to prevent components damaging through wrong hose connection and to avoid antifreeze leakage during the exchange.
During the operation the system pressure does not exceed normal values thus eliminating a possibility of damaging the engine cooling system.
